Profile
A career beyond transactions.
Annick Timmer has built her career across real estate, private-client advisory and development, with a practice shaped as much by relationships and access as by the assets themselves.
Her career began with six years focused on Caribbean real estate and development, establishing an early understanding of markets where property, hospitality, land, infrastructure and international investment are closely interconnected.
In 2016, Annick entered the U.S. market in Miami as a luxury real estate agent with Related ISG, working with luxury, international and investment clients. From sales, she moved into brokerage leadership, ultimately serving as Managing Broker and Broker of Record and overseeing brokerage operations across Miami and Tampa.
She later founded Elite Broker House, creating a consultancy-driven brokerage around a more selective private-client model. Her practice focuses primarily on UHNW clients, significant assets and opportunities generally above $10 million, with much of the business conducted off-market through longstanding relationships, trusted referrals and private introductions.
As those relationships increasingly connected her with developers, investors and brands, Annick's work expanded beyond brokerage into development advisory, branded residences, capital relationships, project positioning and strategic introductions.
Today, Annick resides between Florida, Turks & Caicos and the Dominican Republic, giving her an on-the-ground perspective on island markets and a trusted network of local real estate relationships. Her work combines Florida private-market real estate, owner's representation and development advisory alongside owners and developers in the Caribbean, and current development mandates in West Africa. Regulated property transactions outside Florida are handled alongside appropriately licensed local professionals.
In West Africa, her current mandate is Edina, a 250-room mixed-use hospitality development, where she serves in a Chief Commercial Officer capacity focused on commercial strategy, international positioning, strategic partnerships and bringing the project to market.
Despite the geographic reach of her work, the model remains intentionally personal and relationship-led. Much of Annick's business happens away from the public market — connecting people, capital, projects and opportunities across borders.
Real estate is the foundation.
Relationships are how opportunities move.
